Tiger says his lack of commitment was the problem...Freud?

Once again illustrating the analogous relationship between life and golf, Tiger said that "lack of commitment"...to his new swing, was the cause of his triple bogey on the first hole of the Barclays tournament on Saturday. We need to move on, but one can't help note the pink elephant in the room, which is the words "lack of commitment" coming out of his mouth, only days after his divorce was finalized.

As mentioned before, we wish him and his family the best, but his travails on and off the course illustrate too perfectly, the golf/life interchangeability of one Team Bogey theme; that in golf as in life, we all fall short of our personal goals and expectations in one way or another.  Lack of commitment to an endeavor may be one reason why, and Tiger's Freudian comment about it, as well as his high profile saga, serve as ongoing evidence that even the best golfer, if not best known athlete in the world, is Team Bogey...
