Mid State Fair Scramble Fundraiser Update...

We are happy to report that the 14th annual 4H and FFA Golf Classic was an outstanding success. Tom Keffury and the Mid State Fair staff did an excellent job, Chalk Mountain Golf Course and the weather were beautiful, as were the Princesses; and the winning score of net 60 (it was a handicap scramble after all), came from the Valley Yellow Pages foursome. Other contestant groups included: Kamikazes, Albertson's, KJUG 98.1, C&N Tractors, Cal Coast Machinery, Chumash Casino, Coastal Tractor, Compass health, Culligan, Domino's Pizza, Food for Less, ESPN Radio, SLO Team, KCOY CBS 12, KSBY TV, Bud Light, Paso Robles Press, Jimmy's Watering Hole, PG&E, Thunderbirds, Red Bull, Tap It Brewing, Weyrick Lumber, Pete's Boys, Team Cudigan, Ace Pump, Mark's Boys, Western, and Budweiser.
The Crew at Chalk Mountain Golf Course did a great job hosting, much fun was had by all, and a lot of money was raised for 4H and FFA scholarship funds. Team Bogey was well represented by a stellar foursome, and even when bad breaks occurred, they knew there was only one thing to do...Keep Battlin'.
Team Bogey is, after all, the brand of the battlers!
Despite an unexpected case of mistaken identity, Team Bogey was invited to attend an upcoming benefit tournament in September.
